Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

“Excuse me? Bakura you better have a good reason for this.”
Quietly nibbling on a carrot, Leo (Still a rabbit) watches his mun get angry and upset. It’s not like he could blame her though. She never took too kindly to her very close friends being ‘pestered’ like this. Rather she was majorly pissed off.

Walking down the street the valet had grown impatient The raven was walking about placing a bare hand over his clothed chest before looking up to watch small drop of rain fall onto the glass rims..turning on his heel to walk back before he knew it, he was running threw the rain to get back to the manor breathing heavily as his wet ,black ebony locks flopped in his face ‘don’t thunder! don’t thund-!’ flinching once the young one herd the crashing echo letting out a yelp covering his lips and closing his eyes rushing into the middle of the streets to hard to see with his hair and glasses soaked..before he could see a light coming closer to him and—! the frail body shattering into the road. Something could be herd cracking beside his glasses coming into hard contact with the gravely road….
everything has gone black….
swallowed in darkness before he opened one eye to screaming of the man who’s carriage had collided with the valet calling medicals another shaking the raven to stay awake but that would not help even his screaming shrills of panic. Few people of the town gathered before the horrid scene the young one’s bloodied ebony hues closed slowly as the world fadded and burnt out
‘i am sorry Elliot… i will be late….’
Hours would pass —DID- before the young one would ever open his eyes again but when he would, he would come to fine & —only to see his environment had changed from nature to a hospital..
It had been rather late at night when Leo heard about it. He’d been trying to sleep, shooing Vincent away when he so rudely came into his room. But when the blond had finally spit it out, he could not ignore it. Of course word would reach his ears. Leo specifically ordered them to treat his twin and Elliot as guests. Also, Baskervilles were always lurking out in the shadows of town. He calmly dressed himself and made his way out into town.
Glen spoke to him once, but Leo ignored it. Once at the hospital he had no problem finding his twin. And he just stared blankly, looking at how broken the other was. If only he too had the healing qualities of a Baskerville. The duke sighed and stepped towards the bed. Finally, he spoke, “Hello, twin. Are you in any pain still? Such injuries… You’ll be on bed rest for a while, that much I can tell just by looking at you.”

“Do you need me to do anything?”

((Uwah~
I really want to reply to Kenny’s open RP
Because I have done a oneshot where the same senario sort of happens, and ahsikjrfrbfnjeefjfeli *rolls*
♣ He sighed and grabbed the Duke’s wrist tightly. “I’m not tell you that you have to go, Leo…I’m just saying that you can rest so you don’t have to worry so much about me…” He smiled weakly, “I’m not your master anymore anyways…why do you worry so much about me still?” Elliot—you will wind up being smacked by that comment. Or punched. The scion chuckled, “I don’t truly see what’s so worthy of me to worry about.” Again, you will be slapped and/or punched.

“Elliot, hush. I’m fine and I clearly see that you need your rest.” He paused to think. Why did he worry, Elliot asked. Leo knew because this had been so sudden. It was unexpected and he could only watch the Chain carefully until he needed to resume his work. “Well considering you almost left this world again, I think there’s plenty to worry about. You’re back.” Ah, how he wanted to kind of hit Elliot, but he couldn’t. “You are always welcome to visit the manor. Make sure to let twin know that too. I’ll let the others know that you two are not to be treated as intruders.”
♣ The blonde smiled, petting the animal’s soft raven fur. Little did he know that it was the Head of Baskervilles. Oh how Glen was probably feeling about this little incident.

The rabbit continued to nibble on the carrot, looking up at Elliot. Well, Leo could still speak, but for now he’d have Elliot continue on believing that this was merely a rabbit. Good thing none of the Glens were bothering him.

♣ He sighed and looked at the brunette, “I’d rather get things done now than have it hanging over my shoulders.” Elliot coughed into the crook of his shoulder, taking a sip of his water. “Besides, Gilbert doesn’t even know I’m sick.” A shrug of the shoulders and Elliot began scribbling about on the paperwork, putting it on top of his heavy pile. “You should get back to him anyways, Leo…You don’t need to worry about me.” Elliot tried to keep his breathing stable as he felt himself getting light headed, “I’ll be fine.”
But no; he shook his head. “Why haven’t you told him then? It’s not like it’s going to be a bother. You told me this so many times yourself.” Leo observed him more, taking note of the Chain’s condition, growing ever weaker. He was just pushing himself with more work. This would not do at all. “Elliot, get up right now. You go lay down, because it’s obvious you cannot do anything like this.”

♣ Elliot nodded and walked into the kitchen, heating the tea pot as he got a cup out for his valet. Once he heard the kettle going off he grabbed it and dumped the water in the tea cup, getting all the flavor into the cup by squeezing the tea bag. He knew Leo liked a little sugar in his tea so he grabbed another cup with the white crystals in it and dipped a small spoon into it. Elliot dumped the sugar in the brownish liquid before stirring it and walking out into the living room where Leo was. The hybrid grabbed the younger’s hand, helping him grasp the tea cup. “If you want to place it down, let me know. I don’t need you breaking anything more than yourself.” He stated softly, seeing a large gash on his friend’s ripped shirt. He sighed and grabbed a cloth, dabbing his tongue on it and he rubbed it against Leo’s arm, seeing him wince from the mixture of Elliot’s chain saliva healing his gash before his very eyes. He smiled gently, “You caught yourself on your fall and had a horrid gash. It’s all right now. You’ll probably need to get that shirt fixed though.”

All he could rely on was his sense of touch. Soon enough, Leo felt a teacup being placed in his hand, knowing it was Elliot who did so. Before he could even try to raise the tea to his lips, he felt something very strange and wet on his arm. He flinched a bit as he felt like there was something close up on his arm. ‘Was I injured? What’s going on here?’ But soon enough Elliot explained it to him. “So I did now. I see. Well then, I will get it fixed.” And now he tried raising the cup to his lips. He had to take it slow or he’d end up spilling it all. Somehow he managed to do so and gently sipped the tea. “Mm.”

♣ That’s what broke him. The half chain raised another fist, colliding with Leo’s jaw and he heard a crack. He broke his jaw. The blonde growled, picking up the brunette, “You truly think I’ll be happy with you out of my life?! Do you know the hell I went through because I couldn’t go a day without thinking, ‘Is my best friend okay?’ ‘Is he hurt?’ and ‘Is he safe?!’ Leo if you can’t understand that I care for you with all my being has to offer, than you need to open your damn eyes!” He was crying horribly as all the tears managed to cover Leo’s face, “You’re my best friend Leo… That’s why I don’t care if you’re part of the Baskervilles… Because it’s your choice and you’ve respected all of mine that were important!” Finally, blood dripped from his sockets and Elliot could hear the positioning of the younger’s jaw going back correctly. He heard a small yelp come from him and he frowned, wiping the blood mixed tears away, trying to calm down.

Ow. It was even more forceful than last time, hearing a crack and feeling a sharp pain in his jaw. Before he could even think about the damage, he was picked up, staring slightly wide-eyed at Elliot’s yelling. So…. he didn’t care Leo was part of the Baskervilles? That he was merely a vessel? Tears of blood dripped down on him and the noirette could feel his jaw healing, letting out a slight yelp as it was fixed. “Elliot…” Ether it was his own healing abilities as a Baskerville, or those bloody tear healed it. “I-I… So these are your thoughts? That you can still be friends with a person like me?” He too frowned and reached a hand up to lightly brush against Elliot’s hair. “Well, no matter what you think, you are still Elliot Nightray to me. You’re the master I know so well.”
♣ The scion sighed, “Leo… It’s not going to get infected.” Elliot looked at him, seeing his valet tremble with rage—though he kept it maintained. So, to not make him upset Elliot finally nodded and placed a hand gently on the noirette’s head, “All right, all right. I’ll go with you if it’ll make you feel better.”

“You…” Leo trailed off on his own words. He was really concerned about such a athing happening. Hearing Elliot’s words though, he nodded. Maybe he could get some sleep with his former master around. “Alright then. Come with me, okay? It’s not far from here.”

The water had soon run cold, staring at it not bothering to turn it up. Simply listening to the young duke and his new valet chatter more like his twin shouted while Vincent tried to prove the raven to have contracted with a black winged monster of the abyss..before jumping some not when the door opened but when a second voice in the room spoke and poured water onto his head “A-Ah!—..t-twin…?” looking at his similar over his shoulder before sitting down in the shower knees tightly pinned into the raven’s thin body now unclothed it showed horrible bruising, scars covering the pale body marks ringed the younger raven’s neck showing signs of being strangled ,beaten, whipped, bashed, kicked punched everything you could even possibly imagine looked as if this body had taken it all beside being torn limb from limb but the worst of all was the deep letters carved down the ebony twin’s back ‘N I G H T R A Y’ was carved deep something to always be there shivering horribly cold..

That identical body his twin possessed was not pretty to look at, at the wounds and injuries of his abuse exposed like this. Leo stayed silent, taking in all of it, especially those letters that were just another reminder of what the duke had destroyed. He reached out and gently ran his fingers over the letter marks. Speaking of which, he didn’t dare look at his twin from the front, fearful of what was there. Leo didn’t want to see that cursed mark. Instead, he softly said, “Seems the water has run cold. You’re fairly clean now, so would you like to get out?” He moved away to get a towel, not looking back at the other. Leo had gained knowledge that his contract had been okay, because as a Baskerville he had that ‘right’. Some part of him hoped that his sole brother also had the ‘right’, but those chances were slim to none. If worse came to worse, he’d have to kill Jabberwock somehow.
